You have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return.

In case of a return, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and a nominal fee of 30 AED will be applied upon collecting the returned item.

In case of an exchange for a different size or style, we offer free pick up and return once you have placed a new order for the desired size or style. Please note this procedure is only applicable for a one time only exchange where we offer a free delivery and pick up fee. If you wish to process a second exchange, a nominal fee of 30 AED will be applied upon collecting the second returned item. 

 Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns on items that do not match our return conditions. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging. All tags and hygienic seals must be attached as purchased to avail for the refund or exchange.
